Film Series

This project explores my love of film. I’ve grown up watching a lot of films and that’s only increased as i’ve got a cinema pass so I typically see 4-5 new films each month in the cinema (not including all the films I watch at home everyday). My interest for film spans across a wide range of genres and time periods. I wanted to combine two creative mediums I really enjoy which are drawing and film. My intention was to draw all the films I watched in the year, but that might’ve have been too ambitious so i’m drawing a character from each film I watch in my A5 sketchbook, I title each drawing with the name of the film and the year it was released.
